Feel VR Sim Racing Hardware

It’s not all that often a new player enters the sim racing hardware game. But here, we have Feel VR. Usually when a new outfit comes a long they tend to be high-end, high priced and generally out of reach for your average sim racer.

What do we know?

Feel VR are unknown to me beyond their website but here is what it says about their hardware.

  • Direct Drive
  • Infinite Rotation
  • Precise Sensor
  • Overheat safeguard

  • Loadcell nonlinear brake pedal
  • Foot stand
  • All metal construction
  • Realistic force magnitudes and curves

That’s right a direct drive wheel, but that’s not the best part, it could be yours for as little as $333

The prices

The price is low because these products will launch on Kickstarter in Feburary of 2018. Lowering the initial price or “Early Bird” price is common practice over on Kickstarter to try and ensure a project gets off the ground.

So that’s a direct drive wheel with a set of metal construction pedals for $388. They have a SRP of $770 when released fully after the kickstarter.
